In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item that is unworn and unwashed, excluding perishable goods such as coffee beans.
All returns must be approved prior to returning.
To start the return process please email email@example.com for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to you.
Returned items must be in their original condition. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or gift card. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once an item leaves the facility, The Big Bend Sentinel is no longer responsible for the order. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as The Big Bend Sentinel is not responsible for mis-delivered orders. The Big Bend Sentinel is not responsible for orders lost in transit.
